Stage 1
The Crusade: Bring the Harvest
Large-scale evangelistic crusades across the Caribbean and beyond, partnered with local churches from the start. We do not come alone. We prepare the follow-up infrastructure before the first song is sung — because the night of the crusade is the starting line, not the finish line.
Stage 2
Foundations: Root the New Believer
Within days of a salvation decision, new believers are connected to foundational resources — identity, Scripture, prayer, and the basics of walking with Christ. Every resource is free and designed for local churches to use in their own programmes.
Stage 3
Depth: Grow Through Small Groups
Small groups are the most powerful discipleship environment on the planet. Our studies are encounter tools — not Bible trivia. They create space for shame to be named, generational patterns to be broken, and identity to be restored. Available online for believers anywhere in the world.
Stage 4
Sending: Multiply Through Ambassadors
Discipleship that does not result in sending is discipleship that stopped too soon. With a vision to develop over 500 Ambassadors across 12+ nations, each one carrying the flame into their community, their workplace, and their local church. They are not spectators. They are carriers.
